Our Private Lesson Program is customized to your individual needs, pace, and schedule. Learn faster and with greater precision through one-on-one training with a certified black belt instructor. Lessons are designed to maximize understanding, improve technique, and help you achieve rank more quickly. Group classes are also included for added practice and reinforcement.

Group Workout

Get fit and build real-world self-defense skills with our Group Workout Program. This high-energy class combines practical skills like punches, kicks, heavy bag training, and sparring to improve strength, coordination, and confidence. Designed for all fitness levels, it’s a powerful way to stay in shape while learning to protect yourself.
