Women's Self Defense Program
$75/month
- 1 hour group lesson per week
- Learn all the requirements for your first rank in Kenpo karate
- After your receive rank you may continue to learn and achieve rank on a Private Lesson Program. These lesson start one-on-one or can be joined with another student. Learn More

This course is designed to give the new student an introduction into Kenpo. Lessons are available 7 days a week.
